Currently, Eric is responsible for helping Best Buy convert its vision for diversity and inclusion into a strategy that resonates with every employee within the organization. Eric and his team ensures that the diversity and inclusion strategy is integrated into how Best Buy operates overall and not just a “bolt-on” initiative. The D&I team develops content for D&I learning, provides consultation across the corporate structure, manages the employee resource groups, and sources external diversity & inclusion expertise on behalf of the organization. On a personal side Eric has been married to his wife Janice for 20 years and they have 5 children together. Eric is also very involved in his community and sits on a variety of non-for profit boards.
