2019 Diversity & Inclusion Best and Next Practices Roundtable

Diversity is an imperative for every organization; however, to foster a truly inclusive workplace, it is essential to strike the appropriate synergy in building equitable environments. Equitable work environments provide spaces for staff across all dimensions of diversity to be more authentic; where they are heard, respected and valued. The dialogue on racial discrimination and gender bias whether overt or subtle have become more transparent in transforming workplace cultures. The Illinois Diversity Council’s second annual Diversity & Inclusion, Best & Next Practices Roundtable intersects Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace, as we not just talk but transform Race and Gender Equity by Equalizing Opportunity. This half day forum is a robust knowledge transfer where change agents and subject matters experts collaborate on impactful best and next practices. Attendees will participate in four learning development sessions that inspire, empower and enhance results.
