The Future of Business Resources Groups:
How BRG’s can continue to provide value to organizations and employees
Business Resource Groups have sparked a debate in corporate America over diversity and inclusion. Many have asked the question: In our complex, multi-identity work environments- do affinity/resource groups still provide the same value in 2017? Will the emerging workforce of Millennials, who defy categorization, want to participate in a Women’s, Latino, African American, or LGBTQ BRG? How can we promote inclusion, while separating into groups?
The Illinois Diversity Council’s second annual Organizational Business Resource Group Roundtable, will tackle this topic—weighing both the pros and cons—and examine the innovative technology providing value to organizations and employees.
This isn’t just another BRG conversation; it is real tools, real data, and real results driving innovation and change for your organization!
