Will currently is responsible for Gallup’s Economic Development efforts across Chicago’s start-up and mid- market community. In his role as Managing Consultant his purpose is to systematically help Chicago and the state of Illinois create a pipeline of successful entrepreneurs and a thriving base of start-up and mid-market firms.

Since joining Gallup in 2007, Will has successfully advised at the executive level of several Fortune 500 firms on a range of board-level priorities. His core expertise is Predictive Analytic Strategy and Organic Growth Modeling. He is also very involved in local and state level initiatives to help close the opportunity gap for underserved communities and minorities across Illinois.

In 2014 Will was recognized as one of the top performing senior client facing executives in the Midwest region for his work with the client portfolio that he led.

Will attended Tennessee State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and was a founding member of the University Honors Program Alumni Affinity Group to help further economic support for the university. Will was also recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar by the Thurgood Marshall Leadership Institute in 2006.

Within Chicago, he is an active member of the Board at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls and currently resides in Rogers Park with his two sons, William “Liam” and Alex.
