The Illinois Diversity Council Chapter Meeting is an almost monthly in-person meeting, where professionals from various industries are encouraged to network and engage in topics related to leadership and D&I. An educational segment will be featured for 30 minutes and lunch will be provided for the attendees.
The focus of this annual event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.
The format for the Symposium will consist of a moderated panel discussion that will delve into topics of interest in which the panelists share their personal and professional perspectives on questions designed to elicit valuable information. Our participants range from a wide level of business professionals, entrepreneurs, non-profit organization directors and representatives, academicians, and students.
We encourage all those that are committed to excellence and the empowerment of women in all sectors to take part in this event.

This annual event, which includes participants with diverse ethnicities, backgrounds and experiences, is held in order to share best practices in the areas of diversity and inclusion. It is also a time to recognize individuals and corporations for their leadership, achievement, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
