Cindy Moy is a Process/Business Analyst for Allstate Insurance Company, Northbrook, Illinois. She has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and has held several roles at Allstate including developer, managing testing, instructional design, process design and development, reporting and analytics. Throughout her career journey she has learned from a wealth of experience in working with diverse teams. As teams became global at Allstate, Cindy managed teams in Northern Ireland and India. Abroad and onshore, developing working relationships has been key to effectively collaborating with diverse teams. Cindy has been very fortunate to work with Employee Resource Groups as a member and a Board Member of Allstate’s Asian Network. During her tenure, it has been her goal to continue the energy and momentum built by former ERG leaders in which we enable any ERG member to excel professionally. Cindy believes that weaving our own individual and group cultural experiences with shared knowledge of others can help career growth and development. Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University, a Certificate in Data Processing, and is ITIL certified. She enjoys family activities, crafts and photography and resides in the Northwest suburbs.
