The Illinois Diversity Council is partnering with the LGBT Chamber of Commerce to bring you its 1st annual LGBTQIA Roundtable aimed at creating awareness and advocacy for workplace equality. This forum connects the LGBTQIA community, D & I allies, corporate and business resource group leaders to collaborate on strategies that strengthen workplace cultures. Our goal is to create business environments where all associates are welcomed, respected, valued, heard and supported. And ultimately, where LGBTQIA individuals aren’t simply attempting to fit in but rather find a place where they truly belong. This half day experience features candid conversations from subject matter experts on the most compelling topics such as breaking down barriers, learning language that liberates, uncovering unconscious bias and the business case for transformative best practices.

Join us and be empowered to impact real change for LGBTQIA Equality in the Workplace!
