Emerging Leaders Roadmap: Defining, Navigating & Realizing Success

000 days 00 hours 00 minutes 00 seconds

Never before in U.S. society have there been more workplace generations impacting global marketplace engagement. This is widely attributed to three groups of young emerging leaders: college students (Gen Alpha), recent graduates (Gen Z) and young professionals (Millennials). The Illinois Diversity Council brings forth its fifth-annual College & Young Professionals Diversity Summit, a one-day forum aimed at providing a reimagined and robust roadmap toward personal well-being, professional development and career opportunities. This event is a conduit that creates connectors by meeting three key objectives. First, the summit empowers young emerging leaders with transformative learning opportunities not experienced in traditional educational curriculum. These opportunities are intended to foster new perspectives for proven results in building a solid foundation for each leader’s unique and intrinsically crafted version of success. Second, the summit provides educational institutions focused on career placement with a forum to accelerate employment opportunities with top corporations for its student body. Finally, the summit allows corporate talent acquisition professionals to fast-track campus recruiting and access highly sought-after, high-potential and diverse candidates spanning across all educational disciplines. Join the IL Diversity Council for a day of discovery by defining, navigating and realizing success!
