The Illinois Diversity Council held its Leadership Roundtable on Monday, November 5th, in Oakbrook, IL at McDonald’s Hamburger University. Approximately 40 men and women gathered to gain insight from a diverse group of executive leaders who shared their personal success stories and general experiences with the attendees, in effort to help them become better leaders within their organization. The theme for this year’s roundtable was, “High Impact Practices to Move you Forward.” (read more)
