Marsha McDermott serves as the Workplace Inclusion and EEO Compliance Manager for RRD. In this role, Marsha strives to fulfill RR Donnelley’s commitment to be “A Place Where Everyone Belongs.”She is passionate about building a great workplace that drives a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged work culture. During her career, she has demonstrated the ability to successfully develop and execute organizational processes and programs at local, national, and global levels.
Outside of RRD, Marsha serves as a co-chair for the Illinois Diversity Council’s Education Committee. In 2014, she received the honor of Diversity MBA’s Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award.
