Lazeric Banks is an enthusiastic champion of recognition, engagement, wellbeing, equity, and diversity and inclusion. He currently is a Global HR Senior Organizational Development Specialist, with a focus on Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion at Kohler Co. Lazeric’s work in his dual role includes but not limited to co-leading the administration of Kohler’s annual engagement survey, preparing material and hosting global discussions on engagement best practices, creating future engagement and recognition strategy, and reporting on engagement. His diversity and inclusion efforts have included coaching, creating, and mobilizing Business Resources Groups, identifying external branding opportunities, and instilling diversity and inclusion practices into every seat of the organization and cross function collaboration as a member of the Diversity Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Kohler Co., Lazeric worked at Allstate Insurance Company in Inclusion Diversity co-leading the Employee Resource Groups, and Talent Acquisition for the Law & Regulations group. In the Staffing Industry as a Staffing Consultant for a firm specializing in Accounting and Finance roles. He holds his Masters of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology writing his Capstone Paper on issues in diversity, inclusion, and equity. He is a Bradley Brave, graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Accounting in Peoria, IL, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., a proud Dolphin graduating from Whitney M Young Magnet High School in Chicago, IL.

He is also a fitness enthusiast, loves animals, aspiring chef, and lover of music and movies.
