Kelli McMiller is Strategic Engagement Leader and Vice President of Consulting at The Kaleidoscope Group. She has more than 16 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and talent management, with prior roles as leader of D&I and staffing for Sara Lee Corporation, and Emmis Communications, a multi-media company. At Kaleidoscope, she provides organizations with strategic consulting advice on transformative, long-term sustainable change in the area of D&I. Kelli has led, launched, developed leadership curriculum and delivered strategic education for varies Employee or Business Resource Groups in many different industries. Kelli holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and resides in Chicago.
