TALITA RAMOS ERICKSON is General Counsel – Region Americas, for Barilla America, Inc., a subsidiary of the Barilla Group, the Italian food manufacturer. In this capacity, she manages legal, compliance, and crisis management for the Region, with focus on U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. She also served as the first Global Chief Diversity Officer for the Barilla Group from 2013 to 2016, leading the implementation of a comprehensive Global D&I program. Her previous work experience includes several positions during her 10-year tenure at Kraft Foods, both in Brazil and the United States, including Counsel, Global Strategic Transactions. She holds a J.D. from Federal University of Paraná (Brazil), an LL. M. in Business Law from Loyola University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is licensed to practice in Brazil, New York, and Illinois.
