Monica Guillory, SPHR, is Director HR and Workplace Inclusion for RR Donnelley, an $12 billion global provider of integrated communications services. Responsible for Diversity & Inclusion strategy and Human Resource leadership for the Logistics platform including several locations throughout US. She is based in the Bolingbrook, IL. While most of her career background is in Human Resources, Ms. Guillory’s professional career includes management roles in Healthcare and broadcast communications. Her expertise includes leadership development, employee engagement, motivating teams for performance, employee relations, project management and group facilitation.
Currently Guillory serves as a Board Member for Diversity MBA Magazine, Board Member Empowering Women Network (EWN), Director on the Workforce Investment Board of Will County and is a Board of Director at Large for Emerging Life Solutions, Inc (ELS) a non-profit agency working to house and educate homeless youth. She is active in the Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer youth mentor. She founded an award winning Corporate Women’s Mentoring Program.
