Norine Wiebmer is president of Networking with Impact™ (“NWI”). She is a national relationship-building strategist, focused on marketing and sales. Norine works with business owners and C-level executives, teaching them relationship-building skills for the purpose of business development.

Norine’s unique background in nursing, psychology and neurosurgery provide an ideal foundation for her award-winning relationship-building processes. The processes are strengthened with Emotional Intelligence skills and use Relationship Capital to measure results.

She founded the Business Development Interlock (BDI) so that professionals from various top-notch consultancies can utilize her process and interlock specialties to provide integrated services to clients in both the U.S. and Europe. These specialties include Leadership training, business strategy, business development, financial analysis, operations, IT support, talent management and communications. With BDI, NWI can better manage engagement quality control, training, transparency, oversight and cost reduction.

NWI’s relationship-building techniques have also improved member recruitment and retention for numerous not-for-profits and professional associations, as well as fostering relationships focused on career enhancement and career placement.

Norine has mentored several local business owners as well as a roster of medium-to-large companies, bridging the efforts of their marketing and sales departments by focusing on new-business-development through face-to-face networking and building RC. She has shared these techniques with various career-building companies, colleges and human resource services, greatly enhancing their members’ networking and mentoring skills

Together with her sales team, Norine has earned numerous awards for sales and team-building performance, both on a local and on a national level. She believes in leading by example, and simultaneously broke sales records while building and managing over 125 sales associates.

Norine earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Psychology with a concentration in neurosurgery and critical care. Together with her team, she has mastered a unique blend of human behavior studies with technology that is on its way to helping hundreds of professionals develop their own businesses and reach their goals.
