A native Chicagoan, Kevin Bradley is a Diversity & Inclusion leader with over twenty years in the field. He has honed his craft at companies such as the McDonald’s Corporation, RR Donnelley, Discover Financial, and is currently with The Boeing Company. Prior to his work in the D&I space, Bradley held various positions in Human Resources, including recruiting, HR Generalist, and Affirmative Action leader. As a Diversity & Inclusion practitioner, Bradley has created and supported ERG/BRGs, developed and facilitated diversity curricula, created D&I strategic plans, represented his employers with external stakeholders, and has been an avid brand ambassador for his employers.
Being of mixed heritage (Irish and Chinese), Kevin brings a unique personal perspective to his work in D&I. He also has had the opportunity to support diversity efforts in nearly every part of the United States and globally. Externally, Bradley has supported numerous organizations as a Board member or Advisor. Some of the organizations include: The Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (founding Advisory Council member), the U.S. Business Leadership Network (founding Board), the Chicago Business Leadership Network (founding Board), the National Association of Asian American Professionals (former Board), Hispanic Scholarship Fund (Advisor), and the Parents’ Alliance Employment Project (Board).
In his spare time, Kevin donates his time to his local YMCA, teaching a martial arts class (Aikido). He and his wife Barbara enjoy travelling to Washington, DC to visit their son who is employed with the federal government and attending their daughter’s orchestral performances at Northwestern University.
