Sherri Dublin is Vice President, Diversity Programs at Nielsen. With over 20 years at the company, and over 10 years a diversity and inclusion professional, she currently manages the company’s nine global employee resources groups and the leadership development program designed for the resource group leaders. Her role is is accountable for the strategy and execution of Nielsen’s global diversity and inclusion training and development. Sherri also has responsibility and oversight for the facilitation of key activities across the Office of the CDO.

Prior to working in diversity and inclusion, Sherri was Director of Organizational & Leadership Development, where she managed global legal compliance training and new associate training. Before transitioning to this corporate position, she was Senior Training Manager, for Nielsen’s Commercial Buy business unit, where she set the strategy, managed the design and delivery of the management and professional development curricula.

Sherri joined Nielsen in 2001 as a Program Development Manager and she successfully led the development and redesign of seventeen new programs to support the business strategy, and managed the implementation of a new learning management system.

Before Nielsen, Sherri spent several years at Unilever United States in New York in the Government Affairs and Corporate Affairs group. She began her career at The New York Public Library in the Research Development section and had several successful years managing the Public Relations initiatives for its 81 branch libraries.

Sherri is a proud graduate of Baruch College (City University of New York), with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications. She is certified in the Hay Group, ECI Certification for Leadership Coaching; the Mager Instructional Design method; Myers-Briggs (MBTI); and she received her certification in Presentation Skills coaching from Korn Ferry.
