2019 Diversity Lunch N’Learn Meeting

The United States has a larger immigrant population than any other country, over 49 million in 2017 and the refugee population of over 815,000 as of 2017. This educational session will explore the current state of immigrant and refugee youth, focusing not only on challenges but also on unique positives. Immigrants are important contributors to the workforce of many industries. Attendees will be empowered with strategies to embrace immigrants, leverage the valuable human capital that immigrants bring to the workplace and create more equitable and inclusive spaces that benefit from the diversity our society offers.
