2014 Diversity Boot Camp

The National Diversity Council Boot Camps will explore the changes in the prevailing theories and practices in diversity and inclusion leadership, strategy and execution. Participants will learn about both domestic and global best practices and cutting-edge initiatives. In addition, the program will share insights on leveraging key initiatives to improve employee engagement, create inclusive cultures, drive innovation and garner market share. The following are a few session topics that may be presented:

• Paradigm Shifts in Diversity and Inclusion
• Crafting and Framing a Sustainable Diversity & Inclusion Strategy
• Leveraging Diversity and Inclusion for Employee Engagement and Innovation
• Employee Resource Groups: Engage, Empower and Excel
