Mitch Brown is a Sr. Consultant and Facilitator at the The Kaleidoscope Group and Executive Advisor for Tomorrow’s Truth. Mitch serves as an Executive Advisor, Facilitator, and Thought Leader for Tomorrow’s Truth, helping organizations to better understand their Millennial Talent.
Prior to joining the Kaleidoscope Group, Mitch served in a management consulting role with the Gallup Organization. Mitch provides expertise in the areas of cultural assessment and millennial diversity. Since joining the Kaleidoscope Group, Mitch has worked with Tompkins County of NY, Thrivent Financial, FHLB Dallas, New Hanover Regional Medical Center and FDNY. Mitch, a certified NFL Agent, spends the rest of his time working as a co-founder and partner of Agility Sports, LLC.
Mitch holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampton University, a J.D. from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, and a MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management. Mitch currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
