Melanie Muñoz is a Diversity and Inclusion Leader from Cleveland, OH. She currently serves as a Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group. She joined the organization in early 2016 and supports the Business Development and Client Services divisions, with an emphasis on Veterans and Disability Practice, Latino’s in the workforce, and Tomorrow’s Truth, a generational practice focusing on Millennials in today’s workforce. Melanie has a strong focus on D&I facilitation and education for future consulting purposes. She also represents The Kaleidoscope Group at various D&I related conferences and networking events across the nation.
Melanie is also involved with the Chicago Latino Network, a University of Toledo Latino Alumni Affiliate and serves as a Young Professionals Board Member for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE). Melanie currently serves as the Director of Programming and Community Events for Tomorrow’s Truth overseeing Event Planning, Managing Social Media Communication, and Internal Membership Communications.
In her free time, Melanie enjoys traveling, volunteering and you can find her attending brunch on any given Saturday afternoon in the city. She also enjoys visiting with family, being involved with her church and exploring the exciting city of Chicago.
