Creating Connectors within the High-Potential Talent Pipeline is a unique initiative which empowers college students and recent graduates with a real world knowledge transfer of tools and resources not experienced in their traditional educational curriculum. Intimate learning sessions will be facilitated by industry experts and renowned change agents with proven results on best and next practices. In the second half of the day leading Corporations across various industries will bypass the logistics of campus recruiting and fast track to access the most sought after High- Potential Candidates spanning across all educational disciplines. This opportunity connects the candidates with the recruiters looking to fill the talent pipeline gap.
