Lunch N Learn Meeting

In commemorating Black History Month, the Illinois Diversity Council is paying tribute to the rich roots of the National Pan Hellenic Council, whose mission is “United to Make a Difference”. We are pleased to welcome leaders from the Chicago Chapter to provide a historical knowledge transfer on the organization and in celebrating “Community” which is their central focus. The NPHC-Chicago promotes programs and initiatives to improve the African American conditions from an academic, economic, health, social and civic perspective. Through partnerships with other community-based organizations, as well as those relationships established among member-chapters, the NPHC-Chicago encourages member chapters to be leaders in the community through service, education, brotherhood, and sisterhood.
In diving deeper, we bring forth the contributions of the brotherhood, and sisterhood with interviews from members of the Greek letter organizations, also known as the Divine Nine. It’s imperative that we amplify the voices of those that are seeking change and speaking truth to power by leveraging their corporate roles in the c-suite in a multitude of industries and disciplines. Join us for this jubilee of Black excellence that cascades the core values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
