Back to Basics: Burnout, Allyship, Capacity & KPI’s

The Illinois Diversity Council is excited to bring forth its’ 7th annual Organizational Employee Resource Group Roundtable. We’re getting pretty good at this! This year’s theme takes us #Back2Basics for novice, emerging enterprises, and subject matter experts alike. With a workforce shortage we have leaned into the often-unrealistic expectation that challenges workplace culture with trying to do more with less. Stretched capacity, unrealized job satisfaction, unrecognized work results and the downstream fatigue has compromised our physical and psychological safety. This year’s programming equipes attendees with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other resources necessary to impact organizational collaboration, innovation, profitability, and sustainability. The compelling conversations center around combating Burnout: Do’s & Don’ts of the Road and Avoiding Potholes, a thoughtful panel discussion on Allyship: You Don’t Have to BE to Belong, instruction on maximizing Capacity: Doing More of What Matters, a knowledge transfer on measuring KPI’s: Are We There Yet? And finally, and inspiring and impactful keynote that brings all the key components together. Who should attend? Anyone contributing to cultivating workplace cultures where all are welcomed, respected, heard, supported and valued for their authentic dimensions of diversity.  Organizational influencers looking to level set on ERG prospect possibilities, and a path forward.  Business leaders and associates seeking to launch ERG’s.  Executive sponsors, advisors and affinity group members leveraging ERG growth and sustainability.
