Chapter Meeting

The purpose of an ERG (employee resource group) is to create a safe, supportive space for employees who share common identities, experiences, or goals. It is a voluntary, employee-led group that offers opportunities for professional development and networking and can also affect positive changes in workplace culture. How can ERG leaders avoid replicating cultures of exclusion? How do we prevent the silo functioning of ERG/BRG? How do we measure the impact of ERGs? And do organizations even need to have ERGs?
