Annually, the Illinois Diversity Council assembles all members of its community to participate in a guided discussion to build the framework for our 2022 benefits, programming and value proposition. We want to hear what’s meaningful for you! Your interpersonal and organizational perspectives and feedback are invaluable; impacting mental well-being, holistic happiness, morale, productivity, collaboration and innovation. Individual alliances, values and crucial causes, most meaningful to the workforce have and will drive or derail business goals and success. Organizations, Communities and each of us as individual contributors has a responsibility to ensure that everyone is welcomed, respected, valued, heard and supported.
