Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Focus Group

Post Presidential election analysis conclusively determined that the United States is a divided nation. This dissention is certainly prevalent in the culture and climate of Corporate America; impacting morale, productivity, collaboration and innovation. Individual alliances, values and crucial causes, most meaningful to the workforce have and will drive or derail business goals and success. Organizations, Communities and each of us as individual contributors has a responsibility to ensure that everyone is welcomed, respected, valued, heard and supported. As we embark upon a new year with some very promising milestones for the improved holistic health of the country, let’s take a pause to align our priorities with a compelling conversation. The ILDC’s Advisory Board hosts its annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Focus Group to capture the needs and expectations of our corporate partners and community of change agents. Our goal is to create a safe place that ignites thought that will deliver action, as we create the framework for our 2021 programming and value proposition. Join us for this interactive session for a deep dive into these courageous conversations; What is your organizations’ number one DEI goal at this time? What is the most significant challenge impeding reaching the organizations’ goal? What is the most significant strategic imperative that your organization is / has launched to move the company forward in the DEI space? What is your personal number one DEI cause at this time? Who are the front line workers (by role) in the organization that should receive the DEI vaccination first? Zoom log in details will be provided after your confirmed event registration
